말씀:예수님께서 제자들에게 당신을 따를 것을 요구하신다.

(막 1:14, 개정) 요한이 잡힌 후 예수께서 갈릴리에 오셔서 하나님의 복음을 전파하여

(막 1:15, 개정) 이르시되 때가 찼고 하나님의 나라가 가까이 왔으니 회개하고 복음을 믿으라 하시더라

(막 1:16, 개정) 갈릴리 해변으로 지나가시다가 시몬과 그 형제 안드레가 바다에 그물 던지는 것을 보시니 그들은 어부라

(막 1:17, 개정) 예수께서 이르시되 나를 따라오라 내가 너희로 사람을 낚는 어부가 되게 하리라 하시니

(막 1:18, 개정) 곧 그물을 버려 두고 따르니라

(막 1:19, 개정) 조금 더 가시다가 세베대의 아들 야고보와 그 형제 요한을 보시니 그들도 배에 있어 그물을 깁는데

(막 1:20, 개정) 곧 부르시니 그 아버지 세베대를 품꾼들과 함께 배에 버려 두고 예수를 따라가니라

(Mk 1:14, NIV) After John was put in prison, Jesus went into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of God.

(Mk 1:15, NIV) "The time has come," he said. "The kingdom of God is near. Repent and believe the good news!"

(Mk 1:16, NIV) As Jesus walked beside the Sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and his brother Andrew casting a net into the lake, for they were fishermen.

(Mk 1:17, NIV) "Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men."

(Mk 1:18, NIV) At once they left their nets and followed him.

(Mk 1:19, NIV) When he had gone a little farther, he saw James son of Zebedee and his brother John in a boat, preparing their nets.

(Mk 1:20, NIV) Without delay he called them, and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired men and followed him.
